Rick CurtisCo-Founder
Rick is a strategic consultant who has spent the last twenty-five years leading engagements for global blue-chip organisations. As the senior strategist in several market-leading agencies, he has overseen insight-driven strategies for brands like Lexus, Dyson, Unilever, Liverpool Football Club and ASICS. Rick is an experienced expert in digital transformation, customer insight, experience design and content marketing.
Claire Smith Managing Director
Claire was formerly the VP of Strategy for Liverpool Football Club. Her background in data and insight drove her vision for the Club’s corporate strategy. She also managed the LFC investment portfolio and their digital transformation programme.
Prof. Stephen Fairclough Head of Innovation
Stephen is a Professor of Psychophysiology with over 30 years’ experience as an academic researcher. His work has focused on applying methods from psychophysiology and neuroscience to the real world. He is a multidisciplinary researcher with over 150 peer-reviewed publications across the fields of psychology, computer science, engineering and philosophy. His work has been cited over 5900 times and he has co-edited four collected volumes of research.
Derren Sequeira CCO
Derren has spent over 20 years in the digital advertising industry, building multi-million dollar ad businesses in the Entertainment and FMCG sectors, bringing to market unique product and measurement solutions, and forming part of the early international teams at Google and as a founding member of the international team at Meta.
Con Gornell Head of Partnerships
Con headed up marketing for the film division for EMEA markets at Warner Bros. for twenty years and was responsible for the release of some of the most successful films and franchises in movie history including the Harry Potter series, the Dark Knight trilogy and The Matrix. Con's passion for film led to him overseeing the studio relationship with the Kubrick family and Kubrick archives.
Tanya Easterman Partnerships Consultant
Tanya is an award winning C-Suite Commercial Marketeer. 20 years of experience in top ad agencies and leading global studios, media and brand partnerships for ODEON Cinemas Group/AMC, Walt Disney Studios and Sony Pictures. She also holds an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School and graduated from University of Cambridge’s Business Sustainability Management program in 2022.
Richard Rees Head of Technology
Richard is a technologist with nearly 30 years experience of designing and delivering complex distributed systems for both national and local government and more recently in the fintech and media spaces. Richard was principal architect and technical lead on the C2K (Classroom 2000) project for HP and the Northern Irish government, recruiting and leading a global development team that delivered software to every school pupil in Northern Ireland.
Ryan Lever Lead Developer
With over 15 years of experience as a software engineer, Ryan has worked in a number of industries from FinTech to Health Informatics holding a variety of roles, including leading global development teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Ryan's dual passions of innovative technologies and film has led him to Dragonfly and he is excited to be part of a burgeoning new media experience.
Adam Coates Lead Developer
Adam has over 20 years experience in software development across industries including financial services, logistics, travel, automotive and aviation. Most recently he was Head of Innovation for a company where he led global development teams, modernised development practices and drove strategic business change.
